My Name is Jameson Knapp I am owner and operator of Dark Dream Design and have been building gloves since I was 13 years old. I am self taught in brazing techniques and am trained in blacksmithing. I have been a fan of horror films since I was very young and I took a special interest in the glove worn in the Nightmare Films. I consider the glove to be my favorite horror movie slasher weapon and I started to learn how to make them. Most of My designs were created through years of research and studying of on-screen reference material as well as promotional photos and behind the scenes images. Through this, My gloves went through constant evolution and improvement in both design and techniques. Where possible, actual reference, and or templates were taken from the screen used gloves.
